So it is time to get in shape for the ride... and Moby is doing his own weight loss, muscle build thing and he posted his before picture, so what the fauck, I will too... I'm trying to get down to 175 by June 1st - The day we ride out on our 545 mile bicycle ride to Los Angeles

My workout routine...
Workout - Monday - Wednesday - Fridays
Stair Master ((I'm working my way up to 45 minutes - right now I can do 15, whew)) & Elliptical Trainers ((I do this if I cant finish the stair master)) on Tuesday
Spin Class on Thursday
Saturdays - Riding the Bike on the Road - Working my way up to 100 Miles a day
AND every six weeks a whole week off
